It is undeniable that agriculture involves the simplification of the structure of the atmosphere over large areas, transforming the natural diversity into a small number of cultivated plants and domesticated animals. The result of this simplification of biodiversity is an artificial ecosystem that requires constant human intervention such as maintaining soil fertility with the application of chemical fertilizers, weed control and the treatment of pest and diseases with herbicides, insecticides , fungicides, which are usually applied indiscriminately in larger doses than recommended and which don't respect the vesting period for each crop and product. This excess in the use of chemicals causes damage, not only to the environment but also to the health of producers and consumers.
